Like every other important arts and entertainment event,
the Charlie Poole Music Festival depends heavily on corporations
and individuals who believe strongly in promoting and preserving
our cultural heritage, and also, in the case of corporate
sponsors, promoting their own success in the process. We offer
a number of corporate levels of sponsorship, and in the case
of those individuals who simply wish to make a donation to
our efforts, we offer both program recognition or anonymity,
whichever is preferred.
We make every effort to tailor our sponsorship levels to
the individual needs and wishes of our contributors:
Golden Banjo Sponsor
for $10,000 and above, the company can be the "presenter"
of the Festival, as in "Charlie Poole Music Festival
presented by Your Company." This package also includes:
- Full page back program cover ad, distributed to all attendees
- Special sponsor banner located adjacent to stage
- Display tent and table for showcasing product and greeting
customers
- Prominent recognition with logo in all other promotional
materials - brochures and/or flyers (distributed widely
to the public), signage, etc.

Silver Fiddle Sponsor
for $5,000 and above, this package includes:
- Full page ad in program

- Free space for display tent to showcase product

flyers

Bronze Guitar Sponsor
for $2,500 and above, this package includes:
- Half page ad in program
- Website listing with link
- Bold listing on promotional brochures and/or flyers

for $1,000 and above, this package includes:
- Quarter page ad in program
- Website listing
