POOLE FESTIVAL
The new contest format for the Charlie Poole Music Festival,
June 9-11, means that judges are needed for the various categories
of competition that will fill the day Saturday with fast-paced
action, after a full evening of old-time music performance

FESTIVAL CONSULTANTS GATHER
This year’s Charlie Poole Music Festival (June 9-11,
Eden, NC) is blessed with a dazzling team of experts who have
assembled on their own time and at their own expense under
the chairmanship of Henry (“Hank”) Sapoznik with
the purpose of putting the festival on track for the big time.

February 2, 2006 – CHARLIE POOLE TAKES A NEW DIRECTION
After its gala Tenth Anniversary Festival last year that
saw the launch of the Sony CD gift set of Charlie Pooleís
music (which has now garnered three Grammy nominations), the
Charlie Poole Music Festival will be stepping out on its own
this spring, with a new date, a new location, and a new board
of advisors, according to Louise Price, Director.
